A coach uses a variety of tools to help clients attain the results they want. A coach will teach, inspire, motivate, ask questions, listen compassionately, build confidence, act as a sounding board and provide unconditional support. Yet hold you accountable for your life. A coach helps you create the results that you want in life, work, relationships, and spiritual growth- in spite of the obstacles that you encounter. Coaching helps you transcend self-imposed limits and brings out the highest and best in yourself. If you have a busy hectic life, work too much, play to little, want to change careers, start you own business, or want a simpler, more healthy way of living, a coach provides a simple, yet effective structure to assist you. |

How coaching works While coaching can occur face to face, it is most often done through telephone and email contact. Successful coaching can happen in just one session, be short term (working on a specific goal) or be long term. Clients typically have 3 thirty to forty minute sessions with their coach every month. On-going email support is available as well as specially designed workshops.
